Dizziness / Vertigo
Dizziness or vertigo can be due to a variety of conditions, including disorders of the inner ear, heart problems, migraine, trauma, growths, or aging. It is important to realize that dizziness and vertigo are merely symptoms of an underlying health problem and getting a thorough evaluation by your doctor is an important first step. Not all vertigo is due to inner ear problems and you may require additional testing or referral to a different specialist to diagnose and treat the underlying condition.
